Our Control Room is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our experienced Controllers are able to maintain constant contact with our multi-purpose fleet and team of Recovery Operatives and Technicians. All our vehicles are tracked to ensure that Controllers can effectively manage job deployment in the most efficient and expedient manner. All our drivers are issued with PDA’s and job despatch is undertaken via the Apex system, as per industry norms.
Customers recovered to our base have access to a clean and comfortable reception with Controller on hand to assist with any queries. There are welfare facilities including access to hot drinks and snack machines to ensure their comfort whilst onward travel / recovery is being arranged, or their vehicle is being repaired.
