At E&S Motors, we aim to prevent problems before they happen. We use the latest vehicle diagnostic technologies and the highest quality parts for servicing and repairs. Whatever you need, we have the skills to do it right.
We undertake all aspects of vehicle servicing, specialist recovery, mechanical repair, bodywork, exhausts, etc., for cars and light commercial vehicles. We have recently invested in completely upgrading our MOT testing lane and workshop facilities so your vehicle is tested using the latest equipment. We also have Class 4, 5, 7 MOT testing facilities.
We are large enough to ensure that our customers have peace of mind regarding guaranteeing and warrantying our work, but are small enough to have fair pricing and customer service with the personal touch. We only use quality parts, and the right oils / fluids to ensure vehicles that we service or repair operate like they should. We even maintain and service RAC’s local breakdown van fleet!
We have been working for West Midlands Police continuously since the 1970’s, and RAC for over 30 years. We have an established customer base that consists of companies that trust us to deliver what they need, and private customers where different generations of the same family have had their vehicles maintained by us since the late 1970’s / early 80’s. We pride ourselves on being honest and fair in our dealings and work hard to ensure that all our customers, whether private or business, are happy with the service we deliver. On the rare occasion that a problem occurs, as a company we work hard to ensure a speedy resolution as our reputation is what has kept us trading for so many years.
We are affiliated with Group Auto and are trusted to work for West Midlands Police, RAC, AA, and Green Flag, amongst other organisations. We are also members of the RMI and Good Garage Scheme.

We can recover the vast majority of cars, light commercial vehicles, and motorcycles.
Our extensive fleet consists of Rapid Deployment Transporter (RDT) vans, fully demountable slide beds for low sports cars and prestige vehicles, low approach tilt and slide bed vehicles, spec lifts, all the way up to a 12 tonne capacity slide bed.
We have a rolling modernisation program to ensure that the majority of our fleet is new or nearly new, and fitted with the latest equipment. Our vehicles have been constructed and equipped to our bespoke requirements to ensure that our Drivers have the tools to effect even the most challenging recovery’s, as often required by our customers.
All our uniformed operatives undergo extensive training to ensure that all recovery operations are conducted with the utmost professionalism and care.
Our service vans and certain trucks are fully equipped with the latest tools and diagnostic equipment in order to effect roadside repairs, whenever possible, to get our customers back on the move. If a roadside repair is not feasible, recovery to our main site during normal working hours will give access to our extensive and very well equipped workshop facilities that are manned by experienced technicians capable of undertaking almost any repair, subject to parts availability, to get our customers back on the road. Our Controllers have access to technical resources to help our Recovery Operatives in the field.
Out of hours, our recovery operatives can access our ramps and equipment to help affect repairs to vehicles when it is not possible on the roadside, for example, due to the fact that a full vehicle lift is required to gain access to an inaccessible part of a vehicle
If you have fully comprehensive insurance and are involved in an accident, we can recover and store your vehicle and it will not cost you anything as we can pass on all our charges to your insurer directly to give you the utmost piece of mind and confidence during what will be a stressful time.
Subject to availability, we have a fleet of courtesy vehicles to assist our customers with onward travel – this facility is provided to our club clients as we believe that it enhances the service we offer.
We have a satellite site in Bilston that provides an additional location for our vehicles and Drivers to serve the wider Wolverhampton area and beyond.
As a company we work hard to ensure that our customers receive the best service that we can give and the fact that we are still here doing what we do for over 45 years later which means that we must be doing something right!

We are the only garage in the area that is affiliated with the Approved Garages network which is part of the Group Auto international network of over 6000 garages, and the Retail Motor Industry federation (RMI), and their Independent Garage Association (IGA). As members of both the RMI and Approved Garages, we are bound by their rigorous codes of conduct and automatically subscribe to the National Conciliation Service, a CTSI approved Alternative Dispute Resolution Service so you have absolute piece of mind.
